At the Gun Gallery, we believe in stocking and selling only items we trust and believe in ourselves. We don't and will not sell "cheap" guns or brands that we have consistently seen problems with. While we are certainly in the business of selling guns and accessories, this isn't just a "business" to us in a matter of dollars and cents, but of sense, practicality, efficiency, pride and passion. In a city with more than a dozen places to purchase firearms and regular gun shows, we're one of only three local ranges. We see the results of poor ammo and firearms all the time. Some guns work better than others, and the same goes for ammo. Over the years we've dropped multiple brands and models that we have seen malfunction or break with unreasonable frequency. There are many top selling inexpensive brands and models that we refuse to stock. We've decided to let our competition sell the items we know are less reliable and user friendly. Because "The Sale" of an item is not as important as, you and your satisfaction. We believe that if you are comfortable, confident, and happy with your purchase then we have earned your business.

We strive to create an atmosphere where one feels at ease in returning to the Gun Gallery for years to come. That is our top priority. Many shops can carry some of the same merchandise we do and maybe at very similar prices. However our commitment to customer service and the guarantee that we stand behind every product we sell sets us apart from any and all competition. Gun Gallery is staffed with employees who have first hand knowledge of the products you are curious about. We are here to help you make a decision based on the things that are important to you. Our employees aren't "salesmen". We are active shooters involved in the shooting sports. We've been to and continue to attend the same shooting classes and events you do, or are interested in learning more about. Our employees are concealed weapon permit holders who carry guns every day. We know what its like to wear a bad holster or a gun that's too bulky, big, heavy, or in some cases too light. Because of our first hand experience we know what you will need to make it through a rigorous multi-day shooting class where you shoot hundreds of rounds and we carry all the equipment you will need to make it happen.
In a city with huge shops and businesses that pride themselves in having the biggest inventory, we're a small shop with the best inventory. Other shops may have larger pure volume of inventory, however the highest quality inventory and knowledge base is what we offer. We seek out and acquire the finest items the industry has to offer. We test it ourselves every day and if something doesn't meet our stamp of approval then we don't sell it because we can't believe in it or stand behind it. We are a part of a vibrant North Florida firearms community and are committed to staying at the top of our class. There are models and brands you wont likely find in other shops, many other shops may not even KNOW about some of the quality guns and accessories we pride ourselves in stocking regularly. Need a pocket pistol? Does your shop know what a Rohrbaug R9 is, or what the difference between the R9 and R9S is? How about the Stealth model? What about a Seecamp LWS32 or LWS380? If by chance they do know about them, do they have one in stock? A holster to match? Have they shot them? Guess who does?
